| Our shopping cart has complete inventory control, so if you can add the item to your shopping cart, then it's in stock and available to purchase. |

Do you take preorders for upcoming releases? |

Unfortuntely not. Due to bad experiences in the past if it's not in stock we don't offer it for sale. |

No. We advertise items/themes as coming soon to give you an idea of whats on the way. We don't do preorders as we can't guarantee quantities, therefore, if it's not in stock, it's not for sale. |

You had a theme advertised as "coming soon" but now it's gone, what does it mean? |

Simply that it's now "ïn stock". Check under "just in" or the corresponding theme button to view the items. |

You had an item under "just in" last time I was on your site but it's no longer there, does that mean that you've sold out? |

Not necessarily. The "just in"category has a time frame on it, once an item has reached that time it is removed and can only be found under it's corresponding theme category. |
