| We use either Australia post or Allied couriers to ship your orders depending on the size. Please provide an address where there will be someone to sign for your order as we will not be held responsible for parcels that have to be left unattended. | ||||
| Orders are generally received with in 10 days of shipment within Australia. International orders will vary and an estimate time will be provided during checkout. | ||||

| If your item isn't working and requires batteries please ensure that the batteries are alkaline and NOT heavy duty (for AAA, AA, C and D batteries) and that they are inserted correctly. If the item is still faulty please email us at info@shadowlurker.com.au with your order number, what the faulty item is and what the fault is and we''ll get back to you with postage details. | ||||
| As a lot of our products are limited edition they do sell out. If your goods turn out to be faulty we will endevour to replace them subject to availability. If the item has sold out and we are unable to source more we will give you a full refund. | ||||
